Turnpike Hell
We broke camp in College Park and headed up I-270 for the Pennsylvania Turnpike. When we hit the toll gate at the Ohio border the lady said "$31.50 please"
We just wanted to drive on the road not buy it. Then we find out they actually weigh the vehicles and charge by the pound.
I hope they use the money for maintenance. It needs it.
Then we got on the Ohio Turnpike. Much better. A six lane road that is very smooth and we eased into Cedar Point around 3pm. The park here is very nice and is on Lake Erie just behind the Cedar Point Amusement park which is a mecca for roller coasters.
